We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer/partner with strong technical expertise to join our Gold Coast Corporate & Commercial team.
This large team is made up of three partners - John Witheriff, Quentin Proctor and Ken Petty.
An essential component of this position will be your ability to build a strong team. You will have good communications skills and be capable of building strong relationships with key clients and referrers.
To be successful in this role you must have a high level of expertise in Corporations Law and Financial Services Regulation and have experience in the following:
- conduct of due diligence associated with IPO’s;
- review of disclosure of documents for IPO’s;
- understanding financial services reform legislation; and
- thorough working knowledge of other aspects of the Corporations Law.
