Opportunities currently exist for experienced construction lawyers, with solid drafting experience to join the Corporate Division within our Perth office.
Clients of the Construction Team include some of Australia's largest contractors, consultants, project proponents and financiers.
The role involves contract drafting, advice work, and engineering and construction law disputes. An essential component of the position will be your ability to work with the firm's major clients and other practice groups in the firm providing high level specialist advice and innovative solutions.
We welcome applications from lawyers with strong technical expertise and a minimum of five years post qualification experience. A commercial approach, high-level communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment are also essential.
Some experience in major projects, including mining and resources, oil and gas, electricity, property developments or infrastructure projects would be useful.
