How to search for vacancies

totallylegal.com provides three ways of searching for vacancies from the home page.

• To search your area of interest. Select one of the twelve job categories relevant to you. Then click the ‘Search’ button to begin your search. You may then choose further relevant details – for example, experience, business sector or location – from the drop down menus provided.

• To search the firm directory click on the underlined text. By then clicking on a firm’s logo, you will find the firm's profile, a hotlink to the firm's website, and a full list of their latest vacancies.

• To search by keyword. Type a word in the textbox – an area, for example, "London", or a specialism, such as "Information Technology". Then click the ‘Search’ button to begin your search.

To find out more about any of the vacancies returned by a search, click on the underlined job title.

Important information such as full job description, application details and reference number are quoted at the top of the page.

Relevant vacancies emailed to you

totallylegal.com includes an automatic job search which will send you regular, email updates on the latest vacancies matching your experience and specialist area.

How to apply for a vacancy

To respond to a vacancy, send an email, with your CV attached, to the email address provided. Do remember to include a cover letter with your application.

You can also email vacancies to friends or colleagues who may be interested in the position.
